Role – QLD Operations Manager - Large Loss Leading the establishment and growth of the QLD Large Loss team, you will mentor the team in delivery exceptional service and outcomes, supported by the QLD State Manager. Working closely with a collaborative State Manager to develop the division & deliver on client outcomes Lead a team of 4 initially with growth planned to 10 over the short to medium term Team includes Repair Coordinators, Admin, Estimators & Supervisors Leverage existing internal processes & systems to enable transparency & efficiency, and tailor where needed Deliver team & individual coaching to improve service and quality outcomes Foster a culture of team, relationships, communication, safety, quality, service Grow the divisions profile with major insurers & loss adjusters, developing trusted relationships Experience Previous experience leading & mentoring teams within insurance building repairs Trade/Construction background not required Process driven with a focus on developing & growing skillsets of the team Well rounded understanding of the claims repair processes Great customer service, leadership, communication & empathy skills Do not miss this exciting opportunity to join a great team, a business who values their people and to take on a varied and challenging role, Apply NOW!
